The ongoing relationship between Reach and Thrive Senior Living led to their desire for a known advisor to act as design consultant for this purpose-built senior living community. Reach operated as the client’s representative, coordinating with the  executive architect Ryder, collaborating through the design process, and reviewing their work at key stages to ensure compatibility with the Thrive operations model. The project was developed to meet local building standards while still embodying the living standards and community goals at the core of the Thrive mission.
