Urban Infill Spec Houses

Designed as a kit-of-parts system for scalable deployment by the developer client, this project builds from three base home styles: Modern Farmhouse, Hillcountry Modern, and Austin Contemporary. These typologies are distillations of the most in-demand home styles being built in Austin at present, and each are given further flexibility with a set of design options and ADUs to expand or otherwise modify to fit a wide variety of potential sites. The result is a ready-to-hand system enabling the clients to rapidly develop single-family homes around the city of Austin while ensuring a high degree of stylistic cohesion to the existing context.
